Founded in 1956, King’s Mountain Archers, Inc. is a California non-profit corporation, chartered "...to foster competition with bow and arrow, practice for hunting with the bow, and to provide personal enjoyment of the sport of archery." What that means is that we're an archery club--a group of archery-lovin' folks who like to get together and have some fun with the sport.

In particular, we're a field archery club--affiliated with the NFAA at the national level, with the CBH/SAA at the state level, and with the Mission Trails Bowhunters Association (MTBA) locally (see our links page for links to most of those organizations). Our membership contains both bowhunters and target shooters; we're a non-discriminatory organization.

KMA membership year runs from April 1st through March 31st the following year. New members add a one-time $10.00 registration fee as per the schedule noted below. The annual (non-prorated) fee for renewing members (currently $85.00) is due by April 30th each year. Failure to remit by April 30th results in suspension of all club benefits including participation in club functions, eligibility for club awards and combination lock access.

INSURANCE: All members of the Household are enrolled in the NFAA Group insurance program. The cost of this insurance is included in your annual dues.  (as long as the appropriate waiver is completed for each member).
